We would strongly recommend that you think carefully before purchasing any products from this company..

First they deliver a piece of furniture which was never originally ordered, an item of inferior quality and clearly also of a lower value. This unwanted item is delivered damaged and incomplete. Then they charge US £40 to have the unwanted/broken item REMOVED and an additional £90 for the DAMAGE which was caused before we received it!!! Madness. A quality company? No. Avoid like the proverbial plague. We bought through Amazon which is no guarantee of quality. Google Street view the address and take a look at their premises before you hand over any money, wish we had…
          Take a closer look before you buy anything

A business which was only ‘established in 2008’ can hardly claim to have years of experience, especially considering that we are only in 2010. Also, it is stretching the point a little bit to claim that they are ‘long established’.

The seller has hung-up during telephone calls, promised to call back and hasn’t and insists on replacing the product but all I require is a full refund, which they are attempting to avoid. I would not use this company again. They had assured me that they would be able to deliver the product during the second week of June, but did not do so. Nor did they attempt to contact me to inform me that they would be unable to fulfil that commitment. I had to contact them after the expected date had passed. They had arranged to collect the damaged/incomplete/unwanted item the following week, but again never arrived on the arranged day. Again they never contacted me to cancel or rearrange collection.

The item ordered was apparently damaged prior to delivery so a replacement was offered, this unbelievably arrived damaged, without any fixings and no assembily instructions. The seller offered to deliver the original item as ordered but was unable to do so as promised on the date they had specified. Apparently the item was in a shipping container waiting to be unloaded. Excuse after excuse after excuse, do they think I am stupid?

The seller seems unable to appreciate that all I require from him is a refund. Nothing else, I have no wish to do any further business with express furniture.
