Traders are engaged in a wilful infringement of the law.

 

This situation is now into its fourth year and will no doubt require another site survey.

 

Will Council confirm that it will now proceed with enforcement action?

This is further toNorthumberland County Councils letter of 6 October 2011 and with reference to the Local Government Ombudsman’s direction in respect of the complaint against Northumberland County Council (reference 10 011 286).

          

The above instillations remain in breach of The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 and in direct contravention of the enforcement notice issued by Council in October 2009.
