The Foodies Handbook is searching for a selection of enticing recipes to add to our table. We are publishing a recipe book and are asking you to submit your 
dishes for possible inclusion within our pages. You will of course be given full credit for your efforts, and any tales or traditions relating to your submission should also be included. Grandma Enas chocolate cake? Dads cinder toffee apple pie? Pickle, pie or pancake please send us your recipes. These should of course include a brief description, a full list of ingredients, the method and a photograph if possible. Any images need not
necessarily be of the finished dish, they could be of a region or event that encapsulates the recipe and its history, or of the person who created or inspired it. Anything.
