What Not To Eat

Gareth Blackstock is the classic kitchen monster. An arrogant and bullish perfectionist more at ease dealing with profiteroles than people. A temperamental but undoubtedly talented chef who ruled his kitchen with a rod of iron and his own particular brand of withering put downs. His restaurant 'Le Chateau Anglais' was highly regarded, despite Blackstock being prone to berating customers at length for daring to ask for the salt without having first tasted his food.
